PURPOSE: A method of making soybean curd using deep sea water is provided to improve tactility and taste of the soybean curd without harmful contaminants to a body, and to improve sanitary of the soybean curd. CONSTITUTION: A method of making soybean curd using deep sea water includes the following steps: agitating soy milk with a coagulant with 2,000~4,000rmp for 2 ~ 3 minutes using a propeller type agitator after supplying the coagulant into the soy milk of 70~80°C; compressing an agitating material with a pitched paddle type agitator after injecting the agitating material in a mold frame; and removing salt by an electro extraction device with an cation selection exchange diaphragm. |
