<p>PURPOSE: A TSP(Touch Screen Panel) is provided to minimize the entire thickness of the TSP by forming sensing electrodes on a window. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate(10) includes a reinforcing layer(11) on a first surface and a second surface. Sensing patterns(220) are formed in an active area of the first surface of the glass substrate. A black matrix(210) is formed in an inactive area. An overcoat layer(250) is patterned in a form that covers one side of the black matrix. An insulating layer(240) protects the overcoat layer and is expanded to the glass substrate. Sensing lines(230) are overlapped in one side of the black matrix.</p>
