A method for delivering broadcasting to a called party and a mobile communication terminal having a function therefor are provided to synthesize a user's telephone voice with a broadcasting program which is currently on air, and to deliver the synthesized voice and program to a called party, thereby enabling the user to listen to the program together with the called party. A voice input unit(3) inputs a user's voice, and converts the voice into an electric signal. A broadcasting processor(2) receives mobile broadcasting to process broadcasting data. A controller(4) synthesizes the user's voice data with audio data of the broadcasting. A wireless transceiver(1) receives a wireless signal, and transmits the synthesized data.
