PURPOSE: A ventilation fan control system for a building is provided to enable a user to directly control the rotational number of a fan according to the variation of a adjacent condition. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan control system for a building includes a power supply(20), a fan output part(80), a rotation sensing part(30), a control part(10), and a volume switch(110). The power supply supplies power to a fan(90). The fan output part controls the voltage which is supplied to the fan from the power supply according to the input of a control signal. The rotation sensing part detects the rotation speed of the fan. The control part compares the rotation speed of a fan, which is detected through the rotation sensing part, with a preset reference value. The voltage is increased and decreased through the fan output part according to the comparison result.
