PURPOSE: A device for automatically monitoring the pattern of flow rate is provided to detect flow-rate signals using a magnetic sensor regardless of the manufacturer of a water meter and enable easy installation and movement using a battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically monitoring the pattern of flow rate comprises a magnetic sensor(10), a signal processing and data logging device(21), a CDMA module(22) and a battery pack(30). The magnetic sensor makes tight contact with the outer wall of a dry water meter. The magnetic sensor detects the flow of fluid with a change in magnetic field of the magnetic sensor. The signal processing and data logging device recognizes pulse signals detected from the magnetic sensor, transforms and store them to stable data. The CDMA module transfers the control command of a monitor device to the signal processing and data logging device.
