摘要 PURPOSE: A knee joint assistant device using elasticity coefficient change and an optimized method of walking energy using thereof are provided to optimize consumption energy during walking by changing elasticity coefficient according to change of joint power. CONSTITUTION: A knee joint assistant device using elasticity coefficient change comprises a first fix part(110), a second fixing unit(120), an elastic tool(S1), and coefficient of elasticity controlling element(S2). The first fixing unit and the second fixing unit are attached to top and bottom of knee. The elastic tool is installed between the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit. The coefficient of elasticity controlling element is installed in the elastic tool. The coefficient of elasticity of the elastic tool is controlled in order to optimize consumed energy during walking by changing coefficient of elasticity of the elastic tool according to change of joint power. The elastic tool uses a spring, and the coefficient of elasticity controlling element controls coefficient of elasticity by changing length of the spring.
