PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a cured film for preventing coloring even after long-term use and providing excellent sensitivity, a method of forming a cured film using the photosensitive resin composition, a cured film formed by the formation method, and an organic EL display and liquid crystal display comprising the cured film.

SOLUTION: The present invention includes: photosensitive resin composition containing a copolymer (component A) that at least comprises structural units represented by formula (a1) to formula (a4), an oxime sulfonate compound (component B) represented by formula (B), and a solvent (component C); a method of forming a cured film using the photosensitive resin composition; a cured film formed by the formation method; and an organic EL display and liquid crystal display comprising the cured film.
