<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key of an electronic musical instrument, the surface texture of which is close to solid wood and on which a natural woodgrain pattern approximating solid wood is formed by irregularities. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of convex linear portions 21 are extended on surfaces of a first top surface part 11a, a first left surface part 13a, a second left surface part 13b, and a right surface part 14 of a white key. A plurality of fine convex portions 22 and fine concave portions 23 are provided on surfaces of the first top surface part 11a, the first left surface part 13a, the second left surface part 13b, and the right surface part 14. The linear portions 21, the fine convex portions 22, and the fine concave portions 23 are formed integrally with an outer shape of the white key by injection molding. A particulate material is preliminarily added to a resin material for use in the injection molding, and the particulate material is made to partially project from the surface of the white key to form a plurality of micro convex portions. Intervals of the micro convex portions are set to 20% or less of intervals of adjacent fine convex portions 22, and projection heights of the micro convex portions are set to 20% or less of height difference between the fine convex portions 22 and the fine concave portions 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
