<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a printing system where a print job is temporarily stored on a host computer by a local spooler using an intermediate code and then printed, in the environment where a user cannot perform any operation directly, it is impossible to couple a plurality of print jobs into one job and to print the job. <P>SOLUTION: A printing system includes a printer driver in which a job coupling flag is provided in print setting, the job coupling flag representing that a print job is to be coupled with another print job into one job, a dispatcher which dispatches print data to a local spooler when the job coupling flag in the print setting of the printer driver is ON, and a job coupling section which sequentially extracts the print data from a local spool file and prints the print data as one job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
