<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible substrate multilayer body that can easily improve a dimension accuracy of a pattern formed on a flexible substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible substrate multilayer body 10 according to the present invention includes a pair of flexible substrates 11 and 12, and an adhesive layer 13 interposed between the pair of flexible substrates 11 and 12. On the flexible substrate 11 of the flexible substrates 11 and 12, a pattern 14 is formed.
