<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adhesive faults caused by "bubbling phenomenon" generated in an adhesive layer when the film thickness of an adhesive is large, and "cissing" generated in an adhesive layer due to pollution substances and the like present on an adherend. <P>SOLUTION: A powdery adhesive contains at least a thermosetting adhesive particle and a surface regulator. The content of the surface regulator is 0.1 to 5.0 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the thermosetting adhesive particle.
