<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag folded body capable of sufficiently making gas flow out to the outside of an airbag via vent holes from an early stage after starting inflation of the airbag, and an airbag device including the airbag folded body. <P>SOLUTION: In a primary folding step of making the airbag 10 into a vertically long primary folded body 10A, outside surfaces 11r and 12f on both of right and left sides are mountain-folded along a vertical folding line L<SB POS="POST">5</SB>crossing each vent hole 14, and each vent hole 14 is arranged in the vicinity of a vertex of the mountain-folded part along the folding line L<SB POS="POST">5</SB>. The vertically long primary folded body 10A is secondary-folded so that a vertical width is small to be made as a final folded body 10B.
