Disclosed are a method and a device for traffic control of a multi-mode base station. The present invention relates to wireless communication technology. It is invented in order to solve the problem that traffic distribution among different modes of the multi-mode base station is unfair or unreasonable. The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention comprises: according to a preset distribution ratio of traffic, acquiring a target traffic of any one mode in the multi-mode base station; if the current traffic of the mode is greater than the target traffic and the bandwidth of the multi-mode base station is free, then reducing the up step size of the mode; or if the current traffic of the mode is greater than the target traffic and the bandwidth of the multi-mode base station is congested, then increasing the down step size of the mode; according to the adjusted up step size or down step size, controlling the traffic of the mode in the multi-mode base station. The embodiment of the invention can be applied to a multi-mode base station. |
