The frame (G) is provided with a framework (Ra) and a shelf (Rb.1) having two storing position arrangements. The front storing position arrangement has a solid actuating component (Sk-f) and a movable actuating component (Sk-b). The solid actuating component is mechanically fixed to the framework. The movable actuating component moves relative to the solid actuating component into the access direction (ZR). An independent claim is also included for a method for loading a frame.
