PURPOSE: A radiation-sensitive resin composition, a cured film, a color filter, and a method for forming the cured film and the color filter are provided to improve voltage holding rate and critical dimension stability. CONSTITUTION: A radiation-sensitive resin composition includes an alkali soluble resin, an ethylenically unsaturated bond containing polymeric compound, a radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator, and a compound represented by chemical formula 1. The alkali soluble resin is obtained by copolymerizing epoxy group containing unsaturated compound and at least one compound selected from a group including unsaturated carbonic acid and unsaturated carbonic anhydride. In chemical formula 1, A is a nitrogen atom or a phosphorus atom; R1 to R4 are respectively a hydrogen atom, a C1 to C20 alkyl group, C6 to C18 aryl group, or C7 to C30 aralkyl group; X is monovalent anion; and a part or whole of hydrogen atoms in the alkyl group, the aryl group, and the aralkyl group is capable of being substituted. |
