<p>A method and server for evaluating user feeling are provided by the present invention, and the method includes: receiving all user call information reported by a base station (S110), calculating performance indexes of a user according to the user call information (S120), and grading the user according to the calculated performance indexes (S130). The method and server provided by the present invention enables multi-angle quantitative evaluation for the performance indexes of the feeling of each user in the whole network to obtain distribution situation of the feeling of all the users in the whole network so as to reflect the feeling of the user using the network better.</p> |
