PURPOSE: A super-slim light joystick and a portable terminal having the same are provided to minimize the thickness of the total module through the omission of the dome switch and to simplify a production process. CONSTITUTION: A housing(60) receives the light of a light source(50). An imaging member(70) is installed inside the housing. A light receiving sensor(80) receives the light through the imaging member. The light receiving sensor calculates the light to a displacement value. A sensing sensor(90) is installed inside the housing. The sensing sensor senses capacity in the contact of a subject. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit) transmits the computed displacement value data and the sensed data to a microcomputer. |
