PURPOSE: A pillow having massage function is provided, which makes changes of stimulus location possible according to wearer figure and performs various massage functions through the replacement of a presser. CONSTITUTION: A pillow having massage function includes: a pillow body(10) which has a settling portion for the user's head at the top part; a movement part(20) which is fixed to the front part of the pillow body and has a movement rod installed at the cylinder body moving back-and-forth by the supply of current; a presser(30) which is connected to the movement rod comprising the movement part and then pressurizes user's trapezius muscle; and a power supply unit which controls current supply for the movement part.
