PURPOSE: A composite plated and coated steel sheet is provided to reduce coating processes by maintaining strong adhesion between iron and a coating layer to remove the need for separate pretreatment for coating. CONSTITUTION: A composite plated and coated steel sheet comprises a plating layer formed on one side thereof and a coating layer formed on the other side thereof where no plating layer is formed. The coating layer includes silicon polyester epoxy resin, butylate melamine resin, black pigment, mica, and silica component.
