LAMINATED COMPOSITE PLATES WITH SUBSTRATE AND METAL FOIL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A laminated composite plate with a substrate and metal thin films and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve economical characteristic and mass-producing characteristic while keeping the specific characteristic of metals. CONSTITUTION: A laminated composite plate includes a substrate(10), metal thin films(30), a fixing groove(40), and a fixed adhesive layer(50). The metal thin films are combined with the surface of the substrate using pseudo-adhesive(20). The thicknesses of the metal thin films are in a range between 10um and 100um. The metal thin films are based on aluminum or copper. The fixing groove is formed by etching a part of the metal thin films. The height of the fixing groove is in a range between 10um and 40um. The fixed adhesive layer is formed by applying adhesive to the fixing groove and the metal thin films.
