<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel array that can increase the opening ratio of a pixel structure, and a display panel including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel array including plural pixel structures is provided. At least one of the pixel structures includes a scan line, a data line, an active element, a pixel electrode, a readout line, an EMI shield layer, and a detection device. The scan line and the data line are disposed on a substrate. The active element is electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the active element. The readout line is disposed above or below the data line. The EMI shield layer covers the data line and is positioned between the readout line and the data line.
