The invention is provided with: a tubular main case (1) having an opening (5) for puncturing at the lower end; a needle-holder (9) provided on the puncture opening (5) end inside the main case (1); an elastic body (15) that moves the needle-holder (9) to the puncture opening (5) end; and an elastic body (25) that draws the needle-holder (9), when moved to the puncture opening (5) end by the elastic body (15), back to the upper end inside the main case (1). Above the needle-holding part (13) of the needle-holder (9) in the main case (1), a rotating body (20) is provided that rotates with a pivot (21), which is fixed to the main case (1), as the center. With the pivot (21) therebetween, one of the two sides of the rotating body (20) is connected to a connecting part (14) of the needle holder (9) and the other side is connected to the elastic body (25). |
