The invention relates to an implant system consisting of a bone anchor and a connecting rod for dynamic stabilization of joints, in particular of segments of the spinal column. The implant system is characterized in that it permits a translatory relative movement between bone anchor and connecting rod, without limitation, but at the same time substantially prevents a relative movement of the angle between these components.
