PURPOSE: A wind and solar power generator for preventing flood in a coastal area is provided to prevent a disaster with preventing flood damages caused by strong wind, and heavy rain. CONSTITUTION: A wind and solar power generator for preventing flood in a coastal area comprises a buried element to cleave wave. The buried element comprises an opening/closing block, and a solar power generator(63). A support post(23) is formed in the opening/closing block in a longitudinal direction. On each section of the support post, protruded fixing plates are integrally formed with fixing ribs. On one end of the fixing plates, the support post is formed so that an opening/closing door is connected with a hinge. The opening/closing door connected to the fixing plate is opened and closed by seawater, and secludes a seawater way. |
