PURPOSE: A rotator of measuring the processing accuracy of a crankshaft and a device having the same for measuring the processing accuracy are provided to easily and conveniently install a gauge for measuring a circularity of a frame of a crank shaft and to reduce a measuring process. CONSTITUTION: A rotator(100) of measuring the processing accuracy of a crankshaft comprises a body(110), a rotating unit, and a body support unit. A plurality of wheels(144) is mounted on the lower part of the body to be rotated. The rotating unit is composed of an electric motor(121), a rotary disc(130), a cuff clamp(131), and a rotary cuff(132). The electric motor is mounted on the upper part of the body. The rotary disc is mounted on a leading end part of a rotary shaft power-connected to the electric motor. The cuff clamp is mounted of a plate side of the rotary disc. The body support unit is composed of screw shafts(141,151), screw handles(142,152), and supporting boards(143,153).
