PURPOSE: A microbial composition containing a salix koreensis extract capable of using as an antibiotic is provided to control the generation of harmful bacteria inside the intestines of animals. CONSTITUTION: A microbial composition containing a salix koreensis extract is obtained by the following steps: injecting bacillus subtilis into the salix koreensis extract for aerobically fermenting for 8 hours; mixing 40-60wt% of bacillus subtilis fermentation result with 60-40wt% of water, and injecting lactobacillus plantarum into the mixture for lactic acid-fermenting the mixture at 35-40 deg C for 24 hours; separating the solid parts and the liquid parts from the lactobacillus plantarum fermentation result at room temperature for 24 hours; concentrating the liquid parts, and mixing the concentrated liquid parts back with the solid parts; and adding an excipient into the mixture, and drying the mixture for 20 hours. The excipient contains 20-50wt% of medical herb including pulsatilla koreana, taraxacum coreanum, tagetes erecta, 50-70wt% of rice bran, and 5-10wt% of vermiculite, zeolite, and elvan.
