<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a backlight device capable of preventing deflection of a light guide film. <P>SOLUTION: The backlight device 100 includes: a substrate 120; a plurality of point light sources 160 installed on the substrate 120; a light guide film 130 having a light introduction surface 131S capable of introducing light emitted from the point light sources 160 and a light extraction surface 132 capable of extracting light introduced from the light introduction surface 131S; and a case 110 which houses the substrate 120, the point light sources 160, and the light guide film 130. The light guide film 130 has first locking receiving parts 134, 135 at the upper end region 130U of the light guide film 130; one or both of the substrate 120 and the case 110 have first locking parts 115, 116 capable of locking the first locking receiving parts 134, 135 of the light guide film 130; and the light guide film 130 is hung down with the locking receiving parts 134, 135 locked by the first locking parts 115, 116. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
