<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a surface treatment metal material, in which a metal material having stable and excellent slidability can be manufactured with a low environmental load without covering the surface of the metal material with an oxide film. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a surface treatment metal material includes a surface treatment step, wherein an anode electrode 13 and a cathode electrode 14 are immersed in an electrolyte solution 12, and furthermore, a metal material as a material 15 to be treated is disposed above the liquid surface of the electrolyte solution, and then, the surface of the metal material is treated by applying a voltage at a level, with which a complete plasma state is generated, or higher to between the anode electrode 13 and the cathode electrode 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
