<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging information on data, with which a content recorded in an electronic medium can be opened even if it is not opened one by one, and to provide an image scanner used for the arranging method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for arranging data by using the image scanner equipped with printing means printing an identification mark specifying the data before or after the data is scanned includes: a step for scanning the data with the image scanner, making information of the data into digital image information and applying the identification mark to the digital image information; a step for printing the identification mark to the data; a step for taking in the digital image information having the identification mark into a computer; a step for associating a file name of the digital image information and the identification mark and storing them in the computer as a map; and a step for reading the identification mark printed on the data with an identification mark scanner and classifying the digital image information of the plurality of extracted data in the same holder by referring to the map. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
