<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor capable of acquiring excellent durability and impregnated with a conductive polymer compound with a low iron content, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor comprises: an impregnation step of impregnating a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor which uses a separator on which a polymer layer including a specific polymerizable monomer (a) and a basic compound (b) is formed and a solid electrolytic capacitor element in a composition for forming a conductive polymer layer which includes the specific polymerizable monomer (a), the basic compound (b), an oxidant (c) not including a transition metal, and a solvent (d) and is cooled at -5°C or lower, and a polymer formation step of vaporizing the solvent (d) and forming a polymer layer including the polymerizable monomer (a) and the basic compound (b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
