<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of fixing a bicycle in a standing posture with a simple configuration without lifting the entire bicycle and without requiring an operational technique for a front wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The upright bicycle parking device 100 is provided with a crank stopper 7 disposed so as to be slidable on the inner part and the outer part of a track of a crank 84, wherein the crank stopper 7 is caused to slide from the outer part of the track of the crank 84 to the inner part of the track, while the movement in the reverse direction of the crank 84 is restrained and, thereby, the bicycle 80 is fixed. Thereby, the bicycle 80 can be fixed in a standing posture without lifting the entire bicycle 80 and without requiring the operational technique of the front wheel 83. Therein, the height of the crank is substantially the same irrespective of the frame size of the bicycle when a rear wheel has the same diameter and accordingly, the adjustment of the position of the crank stopper 7, which is made in accordance with respective bicycles, can be dispensed with to provide the simple configuration of the bicycle parking device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
