<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a multi-slit in a position as close as possible to an X-ray focus without affecting cost and device size of a radiation tube device. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 20 includes: a rotating anode 21 generating X-rays by an electronic beam B irradiated from a cathode 22; and a casing 23 storing the rotation anode 21 and the cathode 22. The casing 23 is provided with a radiation window 33 radiating the X-rays generated by the rotation anode 21 outside the casing 23. The radiation window 33 comprises an opening 34, and the multi-slit 35 incorporated in the opening 34. The multi-slit 35 partially shields the X-rays generated by the rotating anode 21 to form a plurality of virtual linear light sources, in each of which effective focus size related to an x direction is reduced, and which are arranged at prescribed pitches in the x direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
