PURPOSE: A mobile system and method thereof are provided to effectively determine the location of a magnetic field communication based data integration apparatus by utilizing a GPS(Global Positioning Service) map. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic field communication based transmission and reception unit(205) stores environment monitoring data in a data memory unit(204) by receiving the environment monitoring data from magnetic field sensor nodes. A local communication transmission and reception unit(207) transmits the environment monitoring data to a mobile remote data transmission apparatus by contacting to a low power local communication network. A system control unit(202) creates control data in a protocol conversion process by receiving the control information of the mobile remote data transmission apparatus from the local communication transmission and reception unit.
