APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORENSIC MARKING OF DIGITAL CONTENTS

PURPOSE: A digital contents forensic marking apparatus and a method thereof are provided to remove delay time due to insertion of forensic mark and to rapidly supply a service. CONSTITUTION: A forensic marking unit(130) generates first and second content which insert first and second binary forensic marks. If a content service request is generated, the forensic marking unit combines first and second contents based on user information which requests the content service. Content database(150) stores the first and the second content.
