PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to shorten times required for a compressing operation by implementing a low temperature-based fast curing process. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film includes a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer includes an epoxy resin as a curing part. The second adhesive layer includes an acrylate-based resin as a curing part. The first adhesive layer is capable of including epoxy resin, epoxy acrylate, a potential curing agent, conductive particles, and a silane coupling agent. The second adhesive layer includes acrylate modified urethane resin, epoxy acrylate, isocyanurate acrylate, a (meta)acrylate group containing compound, a polymerization initiator, and conductive particles. |
