PURPOSE: A bent double insulating pipe and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to reinforce the whole intensity, to prevent a water penetration from outside, and to steadily utilize in a thermal shrinkage because an internal space filled with heat insulating materials are dually protected. CONSTITUTION: A bent double insulating pipe comprises an inner pipe(2), a wrinkled pipe(3), a space(7), an insulating member, and a synthetic resin exterior member. An exterior forming frame is removed while a second space(13) of the wrinkled pipe covered by an exterior forming frame is filled with a melted synthetic resin and hardened so that the synthetic resin exterior member is formed. An upper flange and lower flange of the exterior forming frame are respectively projected to outside. An inner pipe through-hole is formed in a middle part of the upper and lower flanges vertically contacted. A filling finish plate is assembled in the outer girth of the upper and lower flanges. Positions respectively corresponding to the insulating material inlet and a melted resin are penetrated in the filling finish plate. |
