PURPOSE: A device for lifting industrial freight having a safety structure is provided to prevent falling accidents and to enhance industrial working environment by installing a guard fence, which is opened and closed by interlocking with a cage lifting motion of a freight lifting device, in an entrance of each floor. CONSTITUTION: A device for lifting industrial freight having a safety structure comprises a guard fence and a guard fence opening and closing unit(40). The guard fence prevents falling accidents of works by blocking an opened entrance in each floor. The opening and closing unit is interposed between the guard fence and a cage to open and close the guard fence using a lifting driving force of the cage. The guard fence is interlocked by a lifting motion of the cage. If the cage is stopped at a relevant floor, the entrance is opened. If the cage is passed through, the opened entrance is closed.
