PURPOSE: A swing plate for golf practice is provided to minimize the installation height of the swing plate and to enable a user to swing in an indoor golf practice field without restriction. CONSTITUTION: A swing plate for golf practice comprises a lower supporting plate(10), an ascending and descending member(20), a stage(70), a coupling piece(80), a plurality of hydraulic pumps(61,62), a hydraulic hose(90), and a controller(100). The lower supporting plate is placed in the lower part of the swing plate. The ascending and descending member is installed on the lower supporting plate and is ascended and descended. The incline of the stage is adjusted according to the ascending and descending of the ascending and descending member. The coupling piece fixes the stage to the ascending and descending member. A plurality of the hydraulic pumps supplies fluid pressure to the ascending and descending member. The hydraulic hose is connected to the hydraulic pump and ascending and descending member. The controller controls the ascending and descending member.
