PURPOSE: A rice cake steaming apparatus is provided to easily and rapidly collect steam for producing rice cake, and to reduce the rotation speed of a suction fan. CONSTITUTION: A rice cake steaming apparatus comprises the following: a track(T) including a starting section(T1), a steam discharging section(T2), and an ending section(T3); steamers(J1-Jn) successively moving on the track; earthenware steamers(S1-Sn) mounted on the steamers; a hood(H) installed on the upper side of the steam discharging section, and connected to a duct(D); a trolley bar(B) installed on the track; moving cable assemblies(M1-Mn) contacting the trolley bar for supplying electricity to the steamers; a conveyor(C) moving the steamers; a moving unit(M) moving the moving cable assemblies; and wheels(W) attached to each steamer.
