PURPOSE: A monitoring system and a broadcasting device parallel driving distribution board are provided to prevent problems caused by heat generation and loss of a transformer. CONSTITUTION: A power supply device selectively supplies drive power. A storage device stores encoding and decoding codec programs. A remote control server remotely controls by connecting a first main board. A keyboard/mouse network selection switch is selectively connection to an input/output port of first and second main boards. A monitor displays processed video information.
