PURPOSE: A supporting member having excellent supporting properties and a segment therewith are provided to improve the stability and construction performance of a work which uses the standardized segment. CONSTITUTION: A segment(100) with a supporting member having excellent supporting properties comprises an outer surface, an inner surface, and a segment finishing unit. The outer surface faces a construction surface. The inner surface has a finishing groove. The segment finishing unit connects the outer and inner surfaces and has a stepped finishing groove(112) and a finishing elastic unit(115). The finishing elastic unit is coupled to the finishing groove and composed of elastic bodies(115a,115b).
