PURPOSE: A rubber composition for tire sidewalls is provided to improve apparent performance and maintain mooney viscosity and tensile property as existing rubber compositions. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for tire sidewalls comprises 10-20 parts by weight of high tint carbon black and 5-15 parts by weight of acrylonitrile-chlorinated polyethylene-styrene copolymer based on 100.0 parts by weight of crude rubber. The high tint carbon black has a tint strength(IBRD%) of 140-150, DBP value of 60-95/100mL/100g, and BET value of 230-280 m^2/g.
