PURPOSE: An anti-sloshing unit and an anti-sloshing device having the same are provided to effectively prevent sloshing of liquid cargo stored in a cargo tank of a ship by multiple buoyancy blocks. CONSTITUTION: An anti-sloshing unit comprises a buoyancy block(110) and connection belts(120). The buoyancy block floats on liquid cargo stored in a cargo tank. The connection belts are installed on the buoyancy block across the surface of the buoyancy block. Rings are formed in both ends of the connection belts. A part of the connection belts is adhered to the other part of the connection belts in a state where the connection belts are curved to face the part of the connection belt and the other part thereof so that the rings can be formed.
