PURPOSE: A time delaying copy apparatus, method, and program recording medium are provided to synchronize high sampling frequency with the operation speed of a memory unit by storing down-converted signals. CONSTITUTION: An ADC(Analog-Digital Converter)(110) changes an analog signal into a digital signal by sampling the analog signal as sampling frequency. A down convertor(121) changes the digital signal into the digital signal of downlink frequency. A memory array(130) stores the changed digital signal in a memory interface. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(140) processes the FIFO(First-In First-Out) of the stored digital signal and stores the changed digital signal in a memory array of a memory address.
