PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of graft latex is provided to manufacture an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene based graft having excellent polymerization stability, mechanical property and thermal stability in high rubber content without using an emulsifier. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of graft latex comprises: a step of manufacturing graft copolymer latex by graft-polymerizing 70-75 weight% of butadiene based rubber, 20-25 weight% of a mixture of a hydrophilic monomer, a styrene based monomer, and an acrylonitrile based monomer without addition of an emulsifier. The hydrophilic monomer is one or more selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, sodium p-styrenesulfonate, sodium slat of 2-sulfoethylmethacrylate, sodium undecylenic isetionate, sodium metharyl sulfonate, etc.
