Deposition of thermoelectric materials by stamping

Process of making a layer of a thermoelectric material having a thickness of 50-500 mu m on a substrate, comprises: preparing an ink comprising the thermoelectric material, a polymeric material binder and a solvent; depositing a layer of ink on the substrate; heating the ink layer to evaporate the solvent; compressing the layer; and carrying out a heat treatment to remove the polymer binder material, where the deposition of the ink layer is carried out by spraying under pressure under conditions such that the solvent is partially evaporated before reaching the substrate.
