A sealing washer assembly (10) includes a main washer (24) with a bottom annular groove (28) for a removable O-ring (32) and a top recess (26) for a sealing washer (30). A fastener (18) such as a screw or bolt passes through the sealing washer and the main washer, into a hole (16) in a mounting surface (S). When the fastener is tightened, the main washer (24) is clamped to the mounting surface (S) to create a metal-to-metal seal, the O-ring (32) is deformed to create a seal between the main washer (24) and the mounting surface (S), and the sealing washer (30) is deformed to create a seal between the fastener (18) and the main washer (24).
