PURPOSE: A concrete foundation block assembly is provided to maximize the cohesion between a post and a concrete block by securely inserting the post into the concrete block without additional mortar construction. CONSTITUTION: A concrete foundation block assembly comprises an erection member(10) and a concrete block(20). The erection member comprises a post and a base plate(12). The post is vertically positioned at the concrete block. The base plate is integrally fixed to the bottom end of the post. Fastening holes(12a) are formed in the corners of the base plate. Bolt members(30) are inserted into the fastening holes. The concrete block has nut members(21) corresponding to the fastening holes. |
