PURPOSE: A locking controller of a sliding door is provided to control a door opening by an inner handle and a door closing at the same time so that a hold open state is locked or unlocked. CONSTITUTION: A locking controller of a sliding door comprises a link lever(20), a first lock lever(30), and a second lock lever(40). The link lever moves with a child safety lock link(10) which linearly moves according to an operating mode of a child safety lock lever. The first lock lever is connected or disconnected to the second lock lever through the link lever. The first lock lever prevents the hold open cable from being pulled. The second lock lever is installed to be rotated according to an operation of an inner handle. The second lock lever is connected or disconnected to the link lever according to a location of the link lever. The second lock lever is severed from the link lever in a lock mode of the child safety lock lever.
