A balance block with an automatic height adjustment device for a press die is provided to keep counter force against balance blocks installed to two sides of a lower mold equal by interlocking a first balance block with a second balance block via pinion gears and rack gears. A balance block with an automatic height adjustment device for a press die comprises a base, a lower mold, an upper mold, first and second balance blocks, first and second cushion pins(140,140a), first and second hydraulic cylinders(160,160a), first and second rack gears(170,170a), first and second pinion gears(180,180a), and a rotary shaft(190). The base lies on the ground. The lower mold is installed on the center of the base, and the upper surface of the lower mold shapes into a product. The upper mold moves up and down on the lower mold and the lower surface of the upper mold shapes into the product. The balance blocks are mounted two sides of the lower mold to support the periphery of a material when the upper mold moves down to mold the product. The cushion pins support each balance block. The hydraulic cylinders each support both cushion pins. The Rack gears are installed to first and second hydraulic pipes of both hydraulic cylinders. The pinion gears interlocks with both rack gears. The rotary shaft connects the first pinion gear with the second pinion gear.
